Long before professional investors, there is family, friends, early customers and the people from the network who watched the project appear. It is the most solid circle and the worst equipped. We give it a proper frame: amounts, terms, documents, follow-up.

Once that base is in place, we open the door to outside investors, with a file already structured and a story already backed by the inner circle. Our reference point here is SoweFund.

    Opening up to third parties. File, cash plan, raise timeline, introductions to investors in the network and follow-up through to closing.

  • What we add

    We do not turn up with money alone. Business model, legal structure, governance and cash planning are part of the job. That is what keeps a cap table standing two years later.
