What we do

SmartX is not a fund, an agency or an incubator. It is a workshop that puts capital, operators and a network on the table, and stays until it holds.

A project rarely dies from a lack of ideas. It dies from a lack of coordinated means: money without operators, operators without a network, a network without money. We put all three in the same room.

    A clear, fast answer, including when it is no. One counterpart who knows your file end to end. Written terms before we start: scope, means, timeline. And no takeover, founders stay in control.
